Once your order has been placed, it will be prepared and dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout. In most cases, processing and dispatch are completed within 24 hours of purchase.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may experience slight delays, as our dispatch operations are limited to standard business days.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 14 business days to the address provided at checkout. Deliveries are handled by our trusted courier partners, which include Pargo, Internet Express, The Courier Guy, PostNet, and RAM Group.

If your order has not been delivered within 20 business days from the date it was dispatched, you may be eligible to request a refund.
